Reply Share on Facebook Tweet on Twitter Reply I am certain I have been reading that the fireworks at NWRC on the 4th of July were free admission and free parking, is what I have been reading, on some of the social media websites, but I see in the Apopka Chief Newspaper today, that there is going to be a 10 dollar per car parking fee, but free admission. I went back to the websites I usually read, and can’t find were it is posted now……??? You know, that 10 per car parking fee, is exactly what killed off the Zellwood firework shows of the past…….just saying. I am not certain the moms and grandmas will be at the library at 11am with the kids for milk and cookies in hordes,as they might be at home glued to the royal wedding on tv. I know that is where I plan on being tomorrow morning, starting TOO EARLY! Maybe by 11 am it will be over. What a long wedding. I am sure the men of the family will be getting out of the house tomorrow morning, as it would kill some of them to watch a wedding….lol….My little Joey might still get to watch his Saturday morning show, Dog Tales, from the arm of our recliner, like he likes to watch every Sat. morning, when he spots the dogs, and hears their barks on the tv screen….lol Mama Mia Please enter your comment! They have been reporting on tv about the two burglars that so brazenly broke into the homes over in the Maude Helen newer subdivision here in Apopka. I think I heard them say on tv this morning, on Click Orlando, that they have struck again! I am not sure, but I believe it was in the Foxborough subdivision in Apopka, I don’t know if that is the one on Welch Rd. or the one on Thompson Rd., or even if that is the same subdivision. I just caught the tail end of it on tv. They showed a woman that said that all her neighbors are ready with guns, if they see them, and they are ready! They are going to get shot if they keep it up! The burglars, in one incident, even talked with a lady, the homeowner, claiming to “want to rent out her home for a party”, if you can believe the gall of those guys!!!
