Email me at [email protected] Tumblr Google+ Home NewsWatch CrimeWatch News Wyoming County Man Arrested After He Padlocked Doors And Nailed Windows Shut So Children Couldn’t Get Out Next PostGreenbrier County Woman Arrested After Police Found Her Passed Out And Her Child In A Parking Lot Twitter WYOMING COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – A man is in jail after he allegedly locked two young boys in the house so they could not escape using padlocks on doors and nailing the windows shut.  Perkey also hit, punched, and slapped the two boys.According to a criminal complaint, a woman and her ex-husband Alfred Perkey had been through a divorce due to him beating her and unlivable conditions with floors falling in and toilet not working.  The victim also stated that Perkey hit, slapped, and punched her two boys.When deputies arrived at the home they found weeds and grass had grown over making it hard to get to the house.  They noticed a pad lock latch on the door. They found the windows had been locked and pad locks on the doors.Alfred Perkey is facing 2 counts of child neglect.  He is being held in the Southern Regional Jail under a 25,000 dollar bond.
